What was the highlight of SOULOTEL EMERALD Resort & Spa
All good but no animation.
Hotel is all good - beautiful color of sea, beautiful weiv from bar terasse and from restorant. Territory is all in flowers. Everywhere is very clean. Good food - i think fir Egypt it was maximum possible. And especial good in hotel is personal - on restorant staff is Top - you can see they are really trying make all for make your vacantion best. Especial big thanks to waiters Moustafa, Fawaz and Hasan in restourant - their kindness really makes mood up on every meal!️ Also gyes of cleaning room, on the beach and on bar of swimming pool bat are always with smile and wish to help you! Also is on reception! Big thanks to you all Room is big, new, bed is comfortable. On restorante every day is clean tablecloth (fir me this thing is important).
The only persons in this hotel which will make you feel not welcome is animation. There is only animation of italian touroperator Veratour. If you come from booking means you didnt pay to this guys and they will ignore you. Except boy and girl from mini club - they stayed nice persons without payment So you should be ready - for you hotel will beautiful, but animation is not for you. As outside there is nothing - in evening you entertement yourself. Also publica stay in hotel is 60+. Coral reef there isnt as in Sharm al Sheih, but with mask you will find some nice fishes.

La spiaggia e il mare dai mille colori e acqua caldissima.Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. La pulizia e la tranquillità. Con all inclusive non manca davvero nulla, si può mangiare e bere a qualsiasi ora.
Migliorabili arredo bagno alcune apparecchi obsoleti come phone e lampada barba. Maggior attenzione nelle camere se ci sono 2 persone doppio comodino e lampade annesse. Meno scelte culinarie , forse troppo spreco, e piatti più curati.

«buona esperienza per una settimana di relax totale»
ottimo lo staff locale , tutti i ragazzi gentilissimi, molto educati e ben disposti a parlare italiano e inglese per interagire con i guest. Omar capo ristorante sempre sorridente e disponibile. servizio spiaggia eccellente, con ragazzi premurosi e iper sorridenti
la musica onnipresente gestita dal to italiano veratour. è accesa dalle 9 di mattino fino alle 24 h ! durante i pasti, al bar , in spiaggia, nell area piscina, durante i momenti diurni di consueto relax alla fine la musica ha davvero nauseato, perche impediva il riposo che si va cercando o le semplice letture di libri o conversazione sotto gli ombrelloni. troppo Assordante - si deve assolutamente diminuire il volume per agevolare la vacanza

It was an incredible & awesome relaxation experience . all the staff were very kind especially the reception team restaurant staff . Also cuisine was delicious . it was fantastic holiday & i wish to visit it again sooner.
